The project list below shows a sample of some of the work we have undertaken in the past. |

This picture demonstrates how a double handrail edge protection prevents persons venturing onto an unprotected area of the roof. This is a common requirement for Scaffolding.

The versatility of our scaffolding is second to none; here we have erected a number of scaffolds to a local authority block of flats, for a window company to replace the windows, omitting the privately owned properties in between. |
|
If security is a paramount concern to you, we can incorporate these measures into the scaffolding structure. The parish wardens of this Church were worried about unauthorised persons climbing the scaffold. To prevent this we erected a sheet metal barrier at the base of the scaffold and added a locking door. This simple design worked and the stonemasons were able carryout their work safely and efficiently.

In recent years, timber framed construction has been a popular choice for the large conglomerates, and works particularly well when building blocks of flats. The Scaffold is erected to full height, then the timber frame is craned in position and fixed into place, then the brickwork skin is erected to joist height. This is proving to be a speedy and efficient way of building large structures.

This scaffolding structure is St. Mary’s church Rushden. Stonemasons needed to make essential repairs to the tower and spire. |
| Traditional methods of building are still used though; here this buildings external formation is almost complete. The scaffold is erected progressively to allow the bricklayers safe access as they build the external walls, and also allows the carpenters to fix the trusses into position and roofers to erect the roof .You will notice boarded levels have been left so the window company can fix the French doors and balconettes safely. |

Complete refurbishments are usual for period properties. This picture demonstrate again the versatility if scaffolding; here we have placed working lifts to allow for decorating, roofing and full access to the chimney. |
|
Hinckley Church in Leicestershire also belongs to our portfolio. The scaffold was built from ground level right to the tip of the spire; A magnificent twenty-five lifts, all fully boarded. Even the weathervane on the top of the spire had a good clean! As some of the stones in the spire required full replacement, an electric hoist was fixed to the full height of the structure, to allow safe descent from spire.

We are very proud to be associated with the upkeep of some of the county’s oldest and most beautiful listed buildings. Oundle School, Northants is one of the oldest and most prestigious boarding schools in the country. The house and school buildings range from Jacobean to late Victorian period, and the majority are listed. We always ensure care and attention is given when erecting and dismantling. |

A Chimney is not the easiest thing to access, especially when the pitch of the roof is steep. But we can make it look easy! We call this a dance floor platform, which incorporates a ladder access from ground level. This is for one of our most prestigious clients, Northampton Borough Council, where health & safety is paramount as standard.

|
Certain buildings can pose a dilemma when canopies and awnings are included into the structure of the building or glass fire doors and access routes of the building run directly below the scaffold platform. This building had both! The simple solution was to erect the access scaffold in Alloy tube and erect it off of the canopy. This was possible because it was only a protection deck whilst contractors work on the roof. Again this demonstrates the versatility of traditional tube and fitting.

This beautiful building is Woburn Abbey in Bedfordshire. A wonderful example of Georgian architecture. The Duke’s Estate Manager was concerned about the look of the scaffolding, as it opens the estate to visitors. The essential work had to be carried out, and would take some time to so. Here we ‘killed two birds with one stone’ so to speak. Debris netting covered the scaffolding for health & safety purposes, but made the scaffold look more aesthetically pleasing to look at!

|
It’s quite impressive, even though we say so ourselves!

One of our major specialities is the construction of temporary roof systems. This house needed the whole roof replaced in one stage, so to keep the building protected and watertight, we erected a series of beams and sheeting from the access scaffold. Not as simple as it looks, but we have down to a fine art.
